No Return and No Refund Policy
Our company prioritizes customer satisfaction; however, as per our policy, all products are sold with a No Return and No Refund policy. We do not offer returns or refunds once the order is placed.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only possible within 4 days of receiving the product, and only if the product has a manufacturing defect or if the wrong size was delivered.
- You must inform us about the exchange request within 4 days of receiving the product. Any exchange requests after this period will not be accepted.
- To process an exchange, the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in undamaged condition.
- In case of a defective product or wrong size, we will send you a replacement or allow an exchange for the correct product of your choice.
Conditions:
- Exchanges will only be processed for defective products or incorrect size issues.
- All products are thoroughly inspected, and exchange requests will be processed only if the product is genuinely defective.
- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges may be the responsibility of the customer.
